Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company has promoted Jennifer Skoumal to Senior Vice President of Commercial Property Management. In her new role, Skoumal will be responsible for the overall operations and financial performance of the division, as well as strategically planning, expanding and securing new business opportunities.

Skoumal joined The Lund Company back in 2012 with over 20 years experience within real estate industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Bellevue University with an emphasis on Human Resources Management; additionally she is a licensed real estate broker in Nebraska.
