Jeffrey Davis has joined Eastdil Secured as a managing director based in New York. He will be part of the leadership of the firm’s global hospitality group, where he is responsible for supporting clients and growing their hospitality business with a focus on the Eastern U.S. With 30 years’ experience, Davis brings an extensive background to his new role following 18 years at JLL as senior managing director and head of US Hotels Investment Sales Capital Markets team; transacting and advising on more than $50 billion in high-profile lodging transactions over that time period.
