J. Calnan & Associates has completed the topping off of 245 Fifth Avenue, a 262,000-square-foot mixed-use project in Waltham, MA. The ground up development will feature six floors of lab and office space with 227,000 square feet of future lab space and 42,000 square foot floorplates as well as 18,000 square feet of amenity space including a food truck hall and flexible workspace.
