JLL recently appointed Jaymie Gelino to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for their Project and Development Services (PDS). She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of PDS’ operations, aiming to increase efficiency, process improvement and scalability. Gelino reports directly to PDS Americas President Todd Burns from her base in Chicago.
Burns commented on the appointment: “Jaymie’s leadership is essential as we continue our mission of simplification and consistency within our business model. Her forward-looking thinking will help us deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients’ needs.”
Gelino previously held the COO position at JLL’s Design Solutions group where she successfully grew architectural services across multiple states, acquired licensure in those areas, and expanded into office sector work.
