Jay Properties, the investment arm of Jay Suites and Jay Conference, has recently acquired a 142,000-square-foot office property located at 8 W. 38th St. in Midtown Manhattan. This prime location is situated between two major transportation hubs – Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station.
The acquisition of this building marks a strategic move for the company to improve client experience and reduce reliance on external landlords. By owning the entire building under Jay Properties, they aim to offer a more integrated and hospitable experience for their clients.
According to Juda Srour, co-founder of Jay Suites and Jay Conference: “In our previous locations, we operated as tenants renting space from landlords. However, our goal has always been to own the buildings ourselves so that we can provide our clients with an exceptional experience from start to finish.” With this latest acquisition in New York City’s bustling business district, it seems that goal is being achieved.
