Tannos and Wolfgramm Capital have joined forces for a $750 million project in the Houston suburb of Friendswood. The project, called Friendswood City Center, will span 100 acres with approximately half dedicated to open space and the other half for commercial development.
The mixed-use development is set to include 150,000 square feet of retail space, 200,000 square feet of medical and office space, a 500-unit apartment complex and a nationally recognized boutique hotel featuring 150 rooms. Additionally,a restaurant and convention center spanning over5 ,000 square feet will be included.
Construction is expected to begin early next year with Tannos leading the infrastructure work such as road improvements. According to reports from Houston Business Journal,Tannos has already secured all twelve parcels for commercial development.
Developers anticipate vertical construction starting by late2024with an estimated completion time frame of three years. This ambitious project aims to revitalize this growing community without compromising on quality or efficiency.
