"January Kickoff for Ambitious Friendswood Mixed-Use Project"

Tannos and Wolfgramm Capital have joined forces for a $750 million project in the Houston suburb of Friendswood. The project, known as Friendswood City Center, will span 100 acres and feature 50 acres of open space and 50 acres of commercial development.

Construction is set to begin early next year with Tannos overseeing site work and infrastructure improvements. This includes nearby road upgrades as well as the majority of shell buildings. According to reports from the Houston Business Journal, all 12 parcels for commercial development have already been claimed by Tannos.

The mixed-use project is expected to include a variety of amenities such as retail space totaling at least 150,000 square feet, medical offices spanning over 200,000 square feet, a residential complex with approximately500 units,and an upscale boutique hotel featuring150 rooms,a restaurant,and a convention center measuring5 ,000squarefeet.Developers anticipate that vertical construction will commence in late2024and be completed within three years.

This ambitious undertaking in Friendswood has garnered significant attention due to its size and scope. With plans set for January kickoff,it’s clear that this highly anticipated venture is poised for success.
