Savanna, a vertically-integrated real estate investment manager based in New York City, has secured a new lease with Janet Mandell, a luxury fashion rental company. The tenant will occupy 24 West 25th Street in the Manhattan’s Flatiron district – their third location in the US alongside Chicago and Los Angeles.
Janet Mandell expressed her enthusiasm for bringing their curated inventory to this vibrant city: “New Yorkers have such a chic sense of style. I’m so excited to share our collection with them!”
A Colliers team led by Jake Horowitz represented Janet Mandell while Cushman & Wakefield’s Patrick O’Rourke, Steven Soutendijk and Sean Moran acted on behalf of Savanna as landlord. Linhadley Eljach from Savanna commented that they had made substantial capital improvements to enhance the property which was now receiving leasing interest from renowned brands like Janet Mandell’s showroom.
