Jamison and Arc Capital Collaborate on Koreatown Office-to-Residential Conversion

Jamison and Arc Capital Partners have joined forces to redevelop 3325 Wilshire Blvd., a 1950s office building in Los Angeles’ Koreatown. The project will transform the 233,000-square-foot property into 236 apartments and 15,000 square feet of retail space. This marks the first collaboration between these two Los Angeles-based firms.

According to Jamison CEO Jaime Lee, there is a high demand for housing in Los Angeles, particularly in Koreatown where new residents are attracted to its vibrant live/work/play environment. By partnering with like-minded companies such as Arc Capital Partners who share their vision of revitalizing underutilized office buildings into desirable and sustainable apartments, Jamison hopes to address this housing shortage.
