B&B Hotels, a rapidly expanding midscale hotel brand in Europe, has selected Jacksonville as the location for its second US property. The company recently acquired the Diamond Inn Motel at 5929 Ramona Blvd and plans to renovate it into a 156-room hotel. According to Velario Duchina of B&B Hotels, the new property is set to open in early 2025 and marks another significant milestone for their growth in Florida and the US.
With over 800 hotels across 17 countries, B&B Hotels has established itself as one of Europe’s leading hotel brands. In just two years (2023), they added an impressive total of 170 properties and generated $1.3 billion in revenue. Founded in Brest back in1990, this latest venture into Jacksonville signals their continued expansion on an international scale.
This announcement comes hot on the heels of their successful launch into Orlando earlier this year – solidifying B&B Hotel’s commitment towards establishing a strong presence within America’s hospitality industry without compromising on quality or service standards.
