"Jacksonville Mayo Clinic Launches $432M Expansion Project"

The Mayo Clinic is expanding its facilities with a $432 million Phase 3 tower project, which will add five stories and 250,000 square feet of space. Construction for the expansion will be carried out by the Robins & Morton Group above their existing eight-story building. This development is expected to be completed in 2026 and will include an additional 121 beds.

According to reports from the Jacksonville Business Journal, Mayo Clinic has been busy in recent years with various projects receiving approval. In June of this year, construction began on a new Hilton Hotel with plans for 252 rooms. Additionally, they acquired a permit worth $49.5 million in August to begin construction on another project and received another permit valued at $74.2 million for an integrated oncology building.

In addition to these developments, earlier this year Mayo Clinic was granted approval by Jacksonville City Council to expand their San Pablo Road Campus by adding an additional 210 acres of land.

Furthermore,in September they opened their downtown office located at the Ed Ball Building.
