**Regency Centers to Develop 242,978-Square-Foot Retail Center in Jacksonville**
Regency Centers is set to develop a major retail hub on Jacksonville’s Southside as part of the expansive Seven Pines master-planned community. The newly approved project, called The Village at Seven Pines, will encompass 242,978 square feet of retail space.
Located at 11870 Stillwood Pines Blvd., the development will feature at least eight buildings designed with ample surrounding parking, according to site plans prepared by Jacksonville-based engineering firm England-Thims & Miller.
The Village at Seven Pines will be anchored by a grocery store and will include a dynamic mix of retailers, personal service providers, and dining establishments, creating a vibrant destination for local residents and visitors.
In addition to the retail component, the broader Seven Pines community will also include a medical campus and an office building, further enhancing the mixed-use appeal of the development.
