Left Side CrossFit has recently opened its doors in Seattle’s Central Area, located within the Jackson Apartments owned by Vulcan Real Estate. This marks the first location for Left Side CrossFit in the city.
The new 2,900-square-foot space is situated alongside Amazon Fresh and Simply Soulful at 23rd Avenue S. Geralyn Vannoy, Director of Commercial Marketing and Leasing at Vulcan Real Estate expressed her excitement about bringing this local small business to the Central Area and believes it will be a great addition to the neighborhood.
The Jackson Apartments feature a total of 532 residential units as well as 130 retail parking stalls located in an underground garage. These sustainable mixed-income apartment buildings are separated by a spacious green area. The gym was founded by Mike Lyden, who has been a resident of Central Area for many years. With its open-door policy, Left Side CrossFit aims to fill the void left behind after another similar facility closed down in 2018. The gym welcomes everyone from the community and strives to provide them with a safe and enjoyable workout experience.
