Ivanhoé Cambridge, a Montreal-based company, is expanding its business presence to New York City in order to accelerate value creation within its U.S. portfolio valued at $28 billion. The move will allow the company to be closer to its assets, partners and local market intelligence.
Leading this expansion is Michael Caracciolo who has been appointed as Vice President of Asset Management and Head of the New York Office. His goal is to optimize asset management activities in the U.S. and serve as a key representative in the local market. With 18 years of experience at Tishman Speyer, where he most recently served as head of asset management for their flexible office platform Studio, Caracciolo brings valuable expertise.
According to Nathalie Palladitcheff, President and CEO of Ivanhoé Cambridge: “The decision to establish an office presence in New York City reflects our current business evolution and future goals.” This strategic move will not only strengthen their position but also enhance their capabilities for growth opportunities.
