JLL’s Capital Markets division successfully arranged a $1.125-billion refinancing for 3 Bryant Park, a prestigious office tower in Midtown Manhattan spanning 1.2 million square feet. The team responsible for this achievement includes senior managing directors Christopher Peck and Drew Isaacson, managing director Lauren Kaufman, and directors Jennifer Zelko and Christopher Pratt who represented both owner Ivanhoé Cambridge and asset manager Hines in securing the refinancing from Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Bank of Montreal.
According to Peck: “The successful refinancing of such an internationally renowned trophy office like 3 Bryant Park signifies a positive shift in market perception post-pandemic.” He further added that the property’s prime location, impressive tenant roster, and high occupancy rates make it one of the most significant office refinancings to date.
Currently standing at 42 stories tall with an occupancy rate of 97.2%, majority tenants at 3 Bryant Park are reputable companies including Salesforce , Stifel , Dechert LLP , US Bank , Lloyds Bank ,and Standard Chartered .
