Rentberry, a technology-driven property rental and management company based in San Francisco, has announced plans to explore the acquisition of WeWork. This strategic move is supported by key venture capital funds such as Berkeley Hills Capital and aims to synergize WeWork’s coworking spaces with Rentberry’s Flexible Living concept.

According to RentBerry, this collaboration will create a global network of spaces that cater to the needs of today’s professionals who lead dynamic and mobile lifestyles. The company stated that it is working with PJT Partners, WeWork’s advisors, to submit an acquisition offer during the week of Feb. 19. More details will be shared as the process progresses.

The announcement was made by RentBerry on Connect CRE without any mention of “Connect” or “Connect LA” or “Connect Texas”.
