The highly anticipated Wells Fargo building in Irving has reached a significant milestone, marking the halfway point of its construction. The project has been “topped off,” reaching its tallest point. With an expected completion date of late 2025, this $455 million development will consist of two towers and span over 22 acres.
KDC Real Estate Development & Investments is overseeing the office complex which will house approximately 3,000 employees from various Wells Fargo offices in the DFW area. Along with state-of-the-art facilities for employees, such as a gym and library, the campus will also feature amenities like walking and biking trails and golf courses.
Corgan, a Dallas-based architecture firm designed the facility while Austin Commercial serves as general contractor. According to reports from Dallas Business Journal , these office towers are located near Toyota Music Factory which is currently undergoing $30 million worth of renovations. The first phase includes upgrades to their plaza with plans for a new outdoor stage and storefronts within one year’s time.
