Irgang Group, a leading real estate company, has successfully secured multiple new leases totaling 46,000 square feet at Union Lake Crossing in southern New Jersey. This brings the center’s leased space to an impressive 98%, following a previous wave of 61,000 square feet of new leases.
The latest tenants to join Union Lake Crossing include popular brands such as Old Navy and Skechers. Additionally, Inspira Health and Rally House have also signed on as tenants along with Poke Bros., Crumbl and Five Guys which recently opened its doors. These signings have effectively filled major vacancies left by the departure of Dick’s Sporting Goods and bankruptcies of Pier 1 Imports and Dressbarn.
