**IRG, PREP, and DWREP Acquire Columbus Industrial Property for Redevelopment**

Industrial Realty Group (IRG), Provider Real Estate Partners (PREP), and DW Real Estate Partners have announced the joint acquisition of Hilliard Commerce Center, a 177,680-square-foot industrial property located in Columbus, Ohio. The facility sits on 18.6 acres in the Hilliard submarket and represents a significant opportunity for industrial redevelopment.

Strategically located less than a mile from Interstate 270 and just 20 minutes from downtown Columbus, Hilliard Commerce Center offers strong access to the entire metro area. The property is located in a prime infill industrial corridor, making it well-positioned for redevelopment in a supply-constrained market.

Nick Tomasone of CBRE is overseeing leasing efforts for the property.

“This property has long held strategic potential, and we’re excited to bring it to life,” said Chris Salata, Partner at PREP. “We plan to improve the property with exterior upgrades, repairs to the existing structure, and the demolition of inefficient space.”

Peter Goffstein, Executive Vice President at IRG, added, “With vacancy this low and no new supply in the pipeline, the opportunity to improve this site and offer desirable space in a tight market will support community and economic growth.”
