Industrial Realty Group (IRG) has announced plans to redevelop the former Jo-Ann headquarters in Hudson, Ohio. The site spans 1.4 million square feet and is situated on a 130-acre campus, making it one of the largest collections of developable land parcels currently available in Ohio. The campus includes industrial and office space, as well as development-ready land.
“This former Jo-Ann Headquarters represents one of the most sought-after site types in today’s market,” said Katie Meehan, Manager of Site Strategies at Team NEO. “Bringing a large facility with modern specs like this to market strengthens Northeast Ohio’s ability to compete and win.”
Now branded as the “Hudson District,” IRG is marketing the site for a wide range of opportunities, including corporate headquarters, distribution, research and development, manufacturing, light manufacturing, and retail. Leasing efforts for the project will be led by representatives from CBRE and Anchor Retail.
