Inland Private Capital Corporation (IPC), a real estate investment manager, and Devon Self-Storage Holdings, a privately held national storage operator and developer, have announced the completion of a 731-unit self-storage property in Springfield, Missouri. This marks IPC’s ninth successful redevelopment project for their affiliate. The former newspaper processing facility has been transformed into an 81,500 square foot state-of-the-art self-storage facility in close proximity to downtown Springfield and Missouri State University.
According to Keith Lampi, president and CEO of IPC: “We are excited to deliver another exceptional self-storage development for our qualified opportunity zone fund investors.” With properties spanning across 30 states in the Midwest region alone, this latest addition further solidifies IPC’s commitment to the resilient storage sector amidst market fluctuations.
