Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, successfully arranged the refinancing of two office/industrial properties in prime locations: 521 W. 21st St. in Manhattan’s West Chelsea neighborhood and 656 E. 133rd St. in the Bronx.
Leading this transaction was Matt Polci, a capital markets specialist at IPA’s Manhattan office, who collaborated with investment sales experts Justin Natalizio and Eric Anton from Marcus & Millichap to secure financing through Citibank on behalf of Guy Roberts, a private investor based in New York.
Despite challenges posed by current financial market conditions, Natalizio commented that strategic planning with the borrower resulted in securing significant cash-out refinance options for both properties. He also expressed satisfaction with another successful closing alongside James Goldberg and his exceptional team at Citibank.
