**IPA Capital Markets Secures $52M Refinance for Luxury Multifamily in Glendale**

IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap that specializes in capital markets services for major private and institutional clients, has arranged a $52 million refinancing for Arista Glendale, a 98-unit luxury multifamily property. The property is located at 520 N. Central Avenue in the heart of Downtown Glendale.

The financing was secured by Stefen Chraghchian, Senior Director at IPA Capital Markets, out of Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office. The loan was provided by Dwight Capital and features non-recourse terms with a five-year, interest-only structure at 67.5% loan-to-value.

“Arista is a best‑in‑class community located in the heart of Downtown Glendale,” said Chraghchian. “This refinance provides our client with a flexible structure that supports both the property’s performance and their business needs.”

Arista Glendale offers a mix of two- and three-bedroom units and boasts a comprehensive amenity package. Residents enjoy in-unit laundry, a 24/7 fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool with spa and private cabanas, a lounge, outdoor firepit, barbecue area, billiards gaming area, and dedicated parking.
