IPA Appoints Andrew Leahy as Director of Multifamily

**Andrew Leahy Named National Director of Multifamily at Institutional Property Advisors**

Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap dedicated to serving institutional clients, announced that Andrew Leahy has been appointed as Senior Vice President and National Director of IPA’s multifamily division.

In his new role, Leahy will lead IPA’s multifamily advisory teams across North America, with a focus on enhancing client service and driving expansion into new markets.

Leahy brings over 20 years of experience in institutional multifamily investment, portfolio management, and market strategy. Throughout his career, he has executed more than $6 billion in real estate transactions.

“Andrew’s extensive knowledge as part of both public and private institutional investment platforms will bring a unique client-oriented perspective and skill set to enhance our services and accelerate IPA’s growth,” said Hessam Nadji, President and CEO of Marcus & Millichap.

Prior to joining IPA, Leahy served as Head of Investments for Elme Communities, where he significantly expanded the company’s multifamily portfolio. He also held key roles at the Rockefeller Group, leading acquisitions across the U.S. for both domestic and global private equity investors.
