Ionic Development, Co., a Boston-based company led by women, has recently welcomed Tamara Nikotina as their new assistant project manager. In this position, Nikotina will collaborate with Kaitlin McCarthy – Founder and CEO of Ionic – to oversee development projects and design elements. She will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of Ionic’s latest ventures, including Parcel D-4: a 200-unit income-restricted housing development located in Seaport.
Nikotina brings extensive experience in structural engineering and project management from her previous work with organizations such as NorthStar Project & Real Estate Services and SGH. Since its establishment in 2023, Ionic Development has been dedicated to providing opportunities for women within the traditionally male-dominated real estate development industry.
