Investor Acquires 60,000-SF Multi-Tenant Warehouse in Griffith, Indiana
A 60,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial warehouse located at 500 E. Ridge Road in Griffith, Indiana, has been acquired by an investor.
The property was fully leased at the time of the transaction, highlighting the continued strong demand for stabilized industrial assets in the Northwest Indiana market.
Antony Miocic, of Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial, represented the seller in the deal. Brett McDermott, also of Latitude Commercial, represented the buyer.
Situated along the Ridge Road corridor, the facility benefits from excellent regional access and proximity to major transportation routes. These features make it an ideal location for a diverse mix of light industrial tenants.
