Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 9900 Franklin Ave., a 85,800-square foot industrial property located in Franklin Park, IL. The sale price was undisclosed.
First VP Peter Doughty, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, successfully marketed and represented both the seller – a private investor based in Illinois – and buyer – a private investor located in Florida.
Doughty noted that “the property’s proximity to O’Hare Airport and high yield made this an attractive opportunity for investors from all over.” He added that “both parties were very pleased with the outcome.”
