PGIM Real Estate has promoted Jamie Shen to become head of agriculture debt and equity. As CIO and head of the company’s agriculture equity business, Shen is now responsible for leveraging PGIM Real Estate’s expertise across both debt and equity to drive client growth. Since joining in 2017, she has been integral in growing the platform from $3.5 billion 10 years ago to $10.5 billion today.
