Arch Street Capital Advisors, a real estate investment and advisory firm, has announced its entry into the infrastructure sector as result of a specific mandate from one of its current capital partners.
CEO Anup Patel expressed confidence in Arch Street’s ability to bring their strategic and diligent approach to infrastructure investments. “Our team is excited to explore new investment opportunities that align with our investment philosophy and contribute to sustainable investments across the globe,” said Patel.
The firm seeks passive infrastructure investments across all sectors and geographies, targeting assets leased or contracted for at least 20 years by an investment grade counterparty. The preferred size ranges from $200 million up to $800 million with capacity up to $3 billion; focusing on projects that support sustainable development, improve quality of life for communities, promote economic growth worldwide.
