PRP, a real estate investment management company based in Washington, DC, has recently announced the appointment of Elliott “EJ” Wislar as their new managing director for Net Lease Investments. In this role, Wislar will be responsible for overseeing PRP’s Net Lease portfolio on their balance sheet.
According to Paul C. Dougherty, President of PRP: “We are thrilled to have EJ join our team during this pivotal time in the real estate market. His expertise and knowledge will be invaluable as we navigate through the changing investment landscape.”
With over 11 years of experience and a track record of closing $2 billion across more than 100 transactions, Wislar brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position at PRP. Prior to joining the company, he served as Chief Investment Officer at Gladstone Commercial Corporation and also held positions at Prudential Global Investment Management and United Bankshares.
