Spear Street Capital is investing heavily in the office component of the Perimeter Summit mixed-use development. Spanning nearly 1.3 million square feet of Class-A office space in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter, this campus includes three buildings: Summit One (a 21-story, 520,000-square foot tower), Summit Two (an 18-story 415,000 square foot tower) and Summit Four (a 16 story 360,000 square foot tower). JLL Executive Managing Director Adam Viente and his team are handling leasing for these properties while CBRE handles property management and Fogarty Finger leads architecture and design for renovations planned to be completed by year’s end.
These renovations will engage with tenants to support employers’ recruitment efforts through amenities such as walking trails; outdoor workspaces with high speed WiFi; gardens; bocce ball courts; modernized lobbies within each building as well as enhanced common areas throughout all three towers.
