Cold Summit Developments is investing $80 million in a new refrigerated storage facility located at 1110 E. Pleasant Run Road, Lancaster, south of Dallas. The 356,000 square foot project is set to break ground in June 2023 and expected to be delivered 4Q 2024 with ancillary offices for up to four tenants. South Carolina-based Novus Architects will provide the design for the state-of-the-art facility which was previously reported by Dallas Business Journal as speculative Class A 343,250 square foot building near Interstate 20 that was delivered September 2021. Leasing services are provided by David Sours and Lucy Durbin of CBRE.
