**Intuit Expands to 115K SF at 51 Astor Place with Minskoff Equities**
Edward J. Minskoff Equities (EJME) and JLL announced that Intuit, the global financial technology platform, has signed a 10-year expansion lease for 77,000 square feet of office and retail space at 51 Astor Place in Manhattan’s East Village. With this latest agreement, Intuit’s total footprint at the 400,000-square-foot mixed-use property increases to 115,000 square feet.

Representing EJME in the transaction were JLL’s Paul N. Glickman, along with Vice Chairs Mitchell Konsker, Benjamin Bass, and Cynthia Wasserberger. The tenant was represented by JLL’s tenant representation team, including Executive Managing Directors Bart Lammersen and Justin Haber and Managing Director Kyler Riker. EJME’s in-house team included Executive Vice President Jeffrey Sussman and Vice President Matt Pynn.
