Proper Title, LLC has launched a national commercial services division to provide title insurance and underwriting for commercial real estate transactions across the country. The full-service agency, based in the Midwest, has promoted Charity Murow to director of underwriting and compliance and welcomed Cullen Marshall as national commercial underwriting counsel and Dolores Saavedra as senior national construction escrow manager.
With an in-house construction escrow team managing fund distribution on projects nationwide, Proper Title is well-equipped to meet market demand for its services. According to COO Kathy Kwak, this expansion was necessary due to the increasing number of commercial closings at Proper Title’s local level.
