Stream Realty Partners has announced the appointment of Doug Jones as the new Managing Director for their Texas Office Services division. Based in Dallas, Jones will be instrumental in driving growth and success for Stream’s office service business throughout all markets in Texas. This includes overseeing landlord and tenant representation, as well as property management.
In his role, Jones will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the company’s presence, building strong relationships with clients, and improving overall performance within the office services sector.
Previously serving as Managing Principal at Cushman & Wakefield’s Texas branch, Jones brings a wealth of experience to his new position. During his time there he oversaw all internal operations and client interactions with great success.
