Bishop Ranch, one of the largest office campuses in the nation, has launched a turnkey office program to address challenges companies face when returning to the workplace during and after the pandemic. The San Ramon campus offers 15 fully equipped and flexible suites ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 square feet for businesses with a daily peak attendance of up to 50 employees.
According to Alex Mehran Jr., president and CEO of Sunset Development Company which owns Bishop Ranch, there has been a significant shift in work culture due to the pandemic. This has led many companies experiencing decision fatigue as they navigate their return-to-office plans. To combat this issue, Bishop Ranch is offering move-in ready spaces designed based on insights gained from tenants over four decades.
The first suite is now available for lease at Orchards – an expanding neighborhood adjacent City Center Bishop Ranch. With an investment of $200 per square foot from Bishop Ranch, monthly rates start at $4.25 per square foot with short-term leasing options available.
This latest development by Bishop Ranch was announced on Connect CRE’s website.
