To spearhead this new venture, they have appointed experienced commercial real estate executive Jake Newman. With over 24 years of experience under his belt, Jake has successfully led the development of more than $4.1 billion worth of student housing assets comprising 12,000 units.
One of Endeavor’s initial projects will be a mixed-use development at Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth. According to reports from the Austin Business Journal,Texas Christian University sought out a private partner to design,fund,maintain,and operate assets on its campus with an aim to deliver a multi-faceted project featuring residential accommodations as well as office space,parking facilities,and retail options across several university-owned sites.
