Interra Realty recently facilitated the sale of Art House Eleven 21, a mixed-use apartment building in Wilmette, Illinois for $9.2 million. The property was sold at a rate of $576,562 per unit.

The buyer, Chicago-based HP Ventures Group was represented by Interra’s Managing Partners Lucas Fryman and Craig Martin. Fryman and Martin also acted on behalf of the seller – a joint venture between 4 Corners, Gabe Horstick and Josh Krueger.

HP Ventures assumed the existing low-interest loan on the fully leased property located at 1121 Greenleaf Avenue which comprises six two-bedroom apartments, eight three-bedrooms and two retail spaces.

According to Martin: “We marketed this prime asset to highly qualified buyers resulting in an impressive turnout with over twenty showings and multiple offers received – proving that there is currently high demand for well-located properties.”
