"International Legal Firm Moving DC Headquarters to Midtown Center"

Freshfields US LLP, a leading global law firm, has announced plans to relocate its Washington, D.C. office to Midtown Center. The firm has signed a long-term lease for 117,000 square feet of space on floors six through eight in the West Tower of the prestigious building.

Currently located at 700 13th Street NW since 2014, Freshfields will be moving from their current office to Midtown Center – an impressive trophy office building spanning over 869,000 square feet and connected by three pedestrian bridges.

The landlord was represented by Amy Bowser and Brooks Brown of CBRE along with Kaitlyn Rausse and Ryan Lopez of Carr. On behalf of Freshfields US LLP were Rob Copito and Harry Stephens from CBRE.

According to Harry Stephens , Senior Vice President at CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Region: “Freshfields’ decision to move their DC office reflects their dedication towards providing employees with an exceptional workplace that aligns with their global brand while supporting future growth.” This relocation is another milestone for the renowned law firm as they continue expanding globally.
