**Former ExxonMobil Headquarters in Irving Attracting Corporate Interest**
ExxonMobil’s former 290-acre campus in Irving, Texas, featuring 360,000 square feet of granite and glass office space, is currently still on the market but drawing significant interest from prospective buyers.
After relocating its corporate headquarters to Houston a few years ago, ExxonMobil sold the Irving property, located at 5959 Las Colinas Blvd., to Capital Commercial Investments. The sale was structured as a sale-leaseback, allowing the energy giant to temporarily remain on-site during its transition to a new headquarters in Spring, just outside of Houston.
Real estate firm Capital Commercial, in collaboration with leasing advisors from JLL, reports that major corporations have begun inquiring about the property. The leasing team is being led by T.D. Briggs, Blake Shipley, and Ashley Curry.
The campus sits on a beautifully landscaped, rolling site enhanced with walking trails, two ponds, an outdoor plaza, and ample covered parking. The building’s construction features high-end materials sourced from around the world and includes several premium amenities, making it an attractive choice for corporate occupancy.
