Global Interactive Logistics (GIL) has signed a 115,000 square feet long-term lease for a multi-tenant industrial warehouse facility in Secaucus, NJ from Prologis. Located at 1000 New County Road, the move will enable GIL to relocate and expand its operations from 123 Pennsylvania Avenue in Kearny, NJ. The asset was built in 1968 and sits on 25.5 acres within the Meadowlands submarket with an overall size of 525,224 square feet.
CBRE represented both sides during negotiations with Larry Schiffenhaus and Tom Monahan representing Prologis while GIL was represented by Conor Dolan along with Jeff Babikian Nick Klacik and Kevin Dudley as advisors..
