**Instant Group Secures Office Space for Ten Lifestyle at One Nomad**
The Instant Group has secured a new Managed Office space for Ten Lifestyle Group at One Nomad, located at 875 Sixth Avenue in Manhattan. The 4,368-square-foot office will support Ten Lifestyle’s concierge services as part of the company’s expansion on the East Coast. The two companies have collaborated for more than a decade on flexible workspace strategies.
The Instant Group’s project team was led by Eoin O’Callanain, with account director Sean Allen also playing a key role. Colliers Vice President David Harrel represented The Instant Group on behalf of Ten Lifestyle Group. The landlord was represented by Grant Greenspan, Principal at Kaufman Organization, and Director Ben Saftler.
“While we previously placed Ten Lifestyle Group into flexible workspace, their recent client wins and the growing need to bring a team together to deliver high-level concierge services to global financial services companies made our Managed workspace offering an ideal solution,” said Allen. “This approach allowed us to align their real estate contracts with client contracts, while providing a fully designed, built, and managed space that reflects and supports their brand values.”
