Innovo Property Group (IPG) has recently revealed their latest venture, Borden Studios. This state-of-the-art film and television studio is located in the top floors of The Borden Complex at 23-30 Borden Avenue in Long Island City.
With a total area of 220,000 square feet, this purpose-built space features four NC-25 sound-rated sound stages along with offices, support spaces and a private rooftop terrace. It is expected to be completed by Spring 2024 and will be operated by The MBS Group – an esteemed company providing production services for studios. Additionally, it will also be serviced by the MBS Equipment Company.
