**Innovo Property Group Completes The Borden Complex in Long Island City**
Innovo Property Group (IPG) has announced the completion and immediate availability of The Borden Complex, a one-million-square-foot Class-A multi-tenant development in Long Island City’s Borden Innovation District. Located at 23-30 Borden Avenue, the facility features multiple levels of urban industrial space along with a purpose-built film and television studio.

Borden Industrial, a key component of the complex, provides multi-level urban industrial space designed to accommodate a variety of tenants. JLL is spearheading the leasing efforts for this segment.
Occupying the upper floors of the development, Borden Studios offers 232,935 square feet of production space with direct, drive-up access. The facility includes four NC-25 sound-rated sound stages, ranging from 11,600 to 15,200 square feet. The studios are operated by The MBS Group, which is recognized as the world’s largest studio operating and production services company.
With leasing now underway, The Borden Complex is poised to become a central destination for industrial and creative industries in the New York City area.
