Inland Group Launches Affordable Housing Project in Spanaway

The Inland Group and the Evergreen Impact Housing Fund are joining forces to celebrate the grand opening of Copper Way apartments in Spanaway. This new development, consisting of 256 units, provides affordable housing for low-income individuals and families.

Construction on this project began in 2023 and marks the first collaboration between Seattle-based Evergreen Impact Housing Fund and Spokane-based developer Inland Group in Pierce County. The Washington State Housing Finance Commission, along with BECU, Sound Credit Union, Verity Credit Union, and Washington State Employees Credit Union have also partnered on this venture.

Conveniently located at 19422 Mountain Hwy E., Copper Way offers garden-style apartments with a majority featuring two or more bedrooms. Each unit is equipped with desirable amenities such as walk-in closets, washers/dryers,and private balconies or patios for residents’ enjoyment.
