Inland Acquires 306-Unit Multifamily Property in Chicago Suburb

Inland Real Estate Acquisition has successfully acquired Wheaton 121, a multifamily property located in the Chicago suburb of Wheaton, Illinois. The transaction was completed by Mark Cosenza, senior vice president of Inland Acquisitions and Brett Smith, VP and associate counsel of The Inland Real Estate Group’s Law Department on behalf of an affiliate. At the time of closing, Wheaton 121 had an impressive occupancy rate of 94%.
