Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, LLC recently finalized the purchase of Phoenix RV Park & Storage in Salem, Oregon. The acquisition was successfully negotiated and closed by Mark Cosenza, senior vice president at Inland Acquisitions, with assistance from David Neboyskey of The Inland Real Estate Group’s Law Department. At the time of closing, the property boasted a 92% occupancy rate.
Cosenza expressed excitement about adding this RV park to Inland’s portfolio in Oregon and highlighted its convenient location near local retail options and impressive amenities that offer residents a resort-like experience.
Situated at 4130 Silverton Road NE on approximately ten acres of land, Phoenix RV Park & Storage features 107 spacious sites for recreational vehicles (RVs), as well as an additional 45 spaces for storing RVs and twelve storage pods. On-site conveniences include full hookups for utilities like water and electricity, ample pull-thru or back-in sites to accommodate different types of vehicles,and access to necessary supplies such as propane gas. Additionally,the park offers various amenities including a clubhouse,a fitness center,a playground,and laundry facilities.
