infinitSpace, a Europe-based flexible workspace provider and technology platform, is entering the U.S. market with a new location in Downtown Los Angeles. The company has formed a long-term partnership for space at 612 S. Broadway, where it will introduce its flexible office concept under the brand beyond Broadway DTLA. This marks the firm’s first U.S. outpost and extends its international footprint into a major West Coast office market.
The beyond Broadway DTLA location is scheduled to open on 2 November 2026. The workspace will be housed within the historic Desmond’s Building, where infinitSpace will occupy multiple upper floors. The company is positioning the site as a flexible workspace offering within an existing office asset, aligning its platform with owners that are seeking additional demand drivers and services in a changing office environment.
The initial footprint at beyond Broadway DTLA will total approximately 32000 square feet across the building’s second, third, fourth and fifth floors. Within this space, infinitSpace plans to accommodate about 400 memberships. The offering will span private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms, lounges and community areas, along with access to a rooftop event space. The configuration is designed to serve a range of users, from individual members to teams requiring dedicated offices.
The partnership at 612 S. Broadway also includes expansion potential. An option on the building’s sixth floor could add a further 8500 square feet to the flexible workspace. If exercised, this would materially increase the overall footprint of beyond Broadway DTLA and allow infinitSpace to scale membership capacity at the property in response to demand.
Once operational, beyond Broadway DTLA will become infinitSpace’s 15th location worldwide. The company has articulated broader growth plans in the U.S., stating that it is targeting 30 additional U.S. locations over the next 24 months. This plan underscores a strategy focused on quickly building a national presence in key office markets through partnerships rather than single-asset expansion.
infinitSpace does not enter into conventional leases for its flexible workspace locations. Instead, it structures long-term management partnerships with property owners. Under this approach, owners retain both ownership and long-term control of their assets while leveraging infinitSpace’s platform to operate and program the flexible workspace components. The Downtown Los Angeles partnership at 612 S. Broadway reflects this management model and signals continued interest from office owners in third-party flexible workspace solutions.
