Indy-based Milhaus Begins Construction on Pittsburgh Apartments

Milhaus, a leading multifamily developer, owner and operator, has joined forces with real estate investment firm BAM Capital to commence construction on Nox, an exciting new apartment community located in the suburban area of Robinson Township in Pittsburgh. The development is being funded by a construction loan from First Merchants Bank.

Nox will consist of a combination of four-story buildings accessible by elevator and three-story walk-up buildings, offering 272 modern units. Situated at 10 Urbano Way, this property will boast high-end features such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and upgraded closets. Each unit also includes its own patio or balcony.

According to Spencer Lee, Development Associate at Milhaus: “Nox perfectly embodies our vision for new developments – providing residents with an urban atmosphere while still enjoying the convenience of suburban living near various local and national retail and dining options.” Other key partners involved in this project include architecture & interior design firm Studio M as well as engineering firm CEC Inc. Construction has already commenced with completion expected by summer 2026.
