Industry City, the mixed-use complex in Brooklyn, has signed lease agreements with West Elm, Kohler and Hilti to occupy 37,106 square feet of retail space. West Elm will be relocating its outlet store to double its footprint on campus while Kohler and Hilti will be establishing their presence for the first time. Other design retailers include Porcelanosa, Design Within Reach Outlet and RH Outlet.
